The course teaches you how to deploy, administer, and troubleshoot your SharePoint environment. This course also provides guidelines, best practices, and considerations that help you optimize your SharePoint deployment.
This is the first in a sequence of two courses for IT professionals and is aligned with the SharePoint 2016 IT Pro certification.

Students will also learn about business intelligence solutions, Enterprise Content Management, web content management infrastructure, solutions, and apps. This course also covers how to develop and implement a governance plan, and how to perform an upgrade or a migration to SharePoint 2016.

This SharePoint 2016 End User class is for end users working in a SharePoint 2016 environment. The course teaches SharePoint basics such as working with lists and libraries as well as basic page customizations.
This SharePoint 2016 Power User training class is designed for individuals who need to learn the fundamentals of managing SharePoint sites.
This course delivers the complete site owner story from start to finish in an engaging and
practical way to ensure you have the confidence to plan and create new sites or manage
your existing sites in SharePoint Online. Your goal is to learn how to make SharePoint
online relevant to your team by using a sites functionality to help you share information
and collaborate with your colleagues. During the class, you will also learn best practices
and ‘what not to do’ as you watch live, interactive demonstrations and put theory into
practice with hands on exercises in SharePoint Online.
This three-day instructor-led SharePoint for Office 365 End User Training class is for end users and site owners/managers new to working in a SharePoint environment in Office 365. The course teaches SharePoint basics such as working with lists and libraries, basic page customization, working with forms and managing site permissions and users.
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills that are required to plan, deploy, configure, and administer a Skype for Business 2015 solution. Students will learn how to deploy a multi-site and highly available Skype for Business infrastructure that supports instant messaging, conferencing, Persistent Chat, archiving, and monitoring. Students will also learn how to manage and maintain the infrastructure and how to troubleshoot issues that might arise. This course focuses primarily on an on-premises Skype for Business deployment, but it does include information on how to integrate an on-premises deployment with Skype for Business Online and how to migrate from previous versions of Lync Server. This course helps students prepare for Exam 70-334.
