The special areas of focus for this course include implementing high availability, disaster recovery, service application architecture, and Microsoft Business Connectivity Services. This course also focuses on social computing features, productivity, and collaboration platforms and features. Students also will learn about business intelligence solutions, Enterprise Content Management, web content management infrastructure, solutions, and apps. This course also covers how to develop and implement a governance plan, and how to perform an upgrade or a migration to SharePoint 2016.
SharePoint’s library system feature can provide a superior alternative to the traditional file server. SharePoint lists can be an easy-to-design and easy-to-use alternative to sharing spreadsheet files or more formal database tables. Both lists and libraries can be customized and extended to provide enhanced appearances and functionality, such as calendars and discussion boards, to name a couple. All of this collaboration can be done through a browser interface and in some cases through integration with Microsoft Office applications.

This three-day instructor-led SharePoint for Office 365 End User Training class is for end users and site owners/managers new to working in a SharePoint environment in Office 365. The course teaches SharePoint basics such as working with lists and libraries, basic page customization, working with forms and managing site permissions and users.
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to plan, deploy, configure, and administer a Microsoft Skype for Business solution. Students will learn how to deploy a multi-site and highly available Skype for Business infrastructure that supports instant messaging (IM), conferencing, enterprise voice, archiving, and monitoring. Students will also learn how to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues in the infrastructure. This course focuses primarily on the on-premises deployment of Skype for Business but does include information on how to integrate the on-premises deployment with Teams or Skype for Business Online as well as how to migrate from previous versions of Skype for Business Server.
