Responsibilities
- Follow up on proposals and close deals
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Research customers wants and needs
- Suggest solutions that answer client’s needs and wants
- Ensure the ordered services are delivered in a timely manner
- Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Prospect and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Experience
- Previous working experience as an Account Manager for at least 2 years
- Experience in B2B market
- Affinity with IT and/or training solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude

Experience
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and services
More than 10 years of Hands-on experience in the IT world
You control a large part of the AZURE Services (Azure Functions, Service Fabric, Azure Storage, Azure AD / B2B / B2C, ...)
Proven experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security
Proven experience designing Azure infrastructures
Experience in other Cloud solution architectures is a plus
You have sound knowledge of Windows Server 2012 & Windows Server 2016
You have good command knowledge of virtualization tools (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix)
You have profound knowledge of Active Directory
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft 365 in general,
You have very good knowledge of SCCM (manipulating task sequences/BIOS config & update/ downloading & adding drivers/ change detection methods or requirements/creating software package or applications)
You have good knowledge of Intune
Backup skills
Microsoft certificates and/or Enterprise Architecture knowledge is a plus (e.g. Togaf)
Profile
IT Graduate or equivalent professional experience
Experience: Senior >10 years hands-on experience
Languages: FR (mandatory) & EN (Dutch is not mandatory, but is a plus)

You take ownership of the projects and manage the whole process upon delivery
Your report to the IT management on a regular base, track progress, organize tasks

We are looking for a SharePoint Infrastructure Expert, who can offer reliable support at one of our clients.
About You
You have a focus on delivering results, meeting customer expectations and able to adapt to, and respond to change. Creating collaborative networks with peers internally and externally is important to you and for your success in this role. Your natural curiosity and interest in new technologies motivates you to stay continually up to date.
Further to this, you have:
- Hands-on experience in the installation, configuration and administration of SharePoint is required, preferably in various set-ups (on premises, hybrid, full cloud)
- Detailed knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019/Online) administration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Development languages (.NET, C#, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery)
- Detailed knowledge and working experience of:
- - Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2012/2014/2016) administration and troubleshooting by T-SQL
- - Microsoft Windows Server Systems
- - Windows Workstation client Operating Systems
- - Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Objects
- - Windows scripting and the PowerShell, specifically applied to SharePoint Server administration and related APIs
- - Creating SharePoint solutions, lists and features
Practical experience
- Remote troubleshooting and problem resolution in a secured network environment
- In the maintenance of classified information systems
- With virtualization software such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- In the maintenance of SharePoint replication systems such as iOra Georeplicator or Metalogix
- In the maintenance of SharePoint FAST search engine (pre and post Microsoft)
- Nice to have ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification
- Nice to have Microsoft SharePoint certification
- You are fluent in French and English
