AI for management : from understanding to action

This AI training is specifically addressed to deciders, CEO’s, CTO’s or consultants who wish to integrate AI in a strategic and operational way within their organizations. Structured in 4 successive steps, it offers a balance between theory, thinking strategy and practice. A follow-up one month after the course is proposed online in order to follow-up on participants overtime. The AI basics are approached in an accessible way in order to give a clear overview of the possibilities and risks relative to AI technologies. Then a co-construction session favors collective thinking on automating intellectual tasks and their impacts on work processes. Finally a practical workshop guides participants on identifying their automated key processes. The experience and pedagogical approach guarantee a pragmatic training, accessible et directly actionable, meant to lead organizations sponsors in their AI transformation.

Prerequisites
  • The problem: AI projects are difficult to define and specialized editors and GAFAM are not transparent
  • The solution: a short course that allows to understand the basis and get the essential keys to go forward with AI projects and initiatives

You will be able to launch AI projects and pilots on solid ground, exchange and argue on key concepts with providers, experts and integrators. Module 5: Online follow up one month after the course
