Motivation is not something acquired once and for all, it needs to be maintained. Look at your own example. You are probably not motivated in the same way every day, you go through phases, even slight ones, of doubt, even discouragement.
Objectives: Control the impact of your own (de)motivation on that of your collaborators. Identify the sources of your colleagues’ motivation (avoid projections).
