PRINCE2® 7 – Foundation

PRINCE2® is one of the world’s leading project management methods. It uses the experience gained from thousands of projects and it is designed to be tailored to any type of project.

The 7th edition addresses changes in the project management sector and adapts to evolving working practices and technologies.

The Foundation module consists of a detailed introduction to the method. The focus is on acquiring the terminology, knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2® (principles, people, practices and processes).
