PRINCE2® is one of the world’s leading project management methods. It uses the experience gained from thousands of projects and it is designed to be tailored to any type of project.

The 7th edition addresses changes in the project management sector and adapts to evolving working practices and technologies.

The Foundation module consists of a detailed introduction to the method. The focus is on acquiring the terminology, knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2® (principles, people, practices and processes). This module aims to:

  • Gain knowledge about the key concepts related to projects and project management
  • Provide an overview of the five PRINCE2® integrated elements
  • Understand how the principles underpin the PRINCE2® method
  • Become aware of the importance of people in successful projects
  • Understand the PRINCE2® practices as well as processes and how they are applied throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare for the official PRINCE2® Foundation examination
